Strawberry Lavender Jam

Our recipe uses only fresh strawberries, dried lavender, pure cane sugar, some citrus pectin to aid in the gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical and flowery combination that lends itself to be perfectly paired with a nice cup of tea. The lavender's flowery note can be perceived throughout the jam, but especially when coming across the dried buds in the jam itself.
