Your taste buds will be tantalized by this Strip Steak's Marble Score of BMS7+, creating a rich, dense cut with gorgeous marbling. Every bite will dissolve like a cloud in your mouth, providing a delightfully creamy texture. A taste sensation like no other!

This is Grandmaster Akaushi Beefpremium American Wagyu or Wagyu Cross F1 which is produced from cattle that are between 24 and 30 months of age, with minimum feeding of 300 days. 

Moist aging helps these cuts in preserving moisture (each steak is wet-aged in a bag). With NO hormones or antibiotics, these steaks are high in monounsaturated fats and Oleic Acid, as well as having a BMS7+ marbling score. They are DNA verified for individual pedigree.

You can make the New York Strip in the oven, grill or stove. You can also smoke it. We recently made a video of cooking our New York Strips topped with Bone Marrow.
