There are as many ways to cook bacon as to serve it. It works in many recipes; you can top a burger or eat it alone! In case you haven't cooked it before, here are some options for you:
Stovetop: Apply a small amount of cooking oil to the pan or skillet. Place bacon side-by-side in a single layer on a pan/skillet. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, flipping each slice occasionally until it reaches desired crispiness. Cool the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Place bacon strips in a single layer on the basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes at 400°F. Add extra time if you want it crispier (check it first to prevent burning!) Cool the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
