Gateway Drum Smokers are highly customizable with accessories such as a diffuser plate and rib hanging kit. The included cooking grate can be placed at any of three different cooking levels so you can choose exactly where you want to position your products to get the outcome you want. Not only can you move foods closer or away from the fire, you can adjust them to accommodate large cuts or use the available grates you can fill all three levels to maximize the space. The versatility and high capacity of the drum design allows you to smoke as much or as little as you need with the same amount of fuel.
