Being the traditional Oktoberfest sausage, these are a must-have for your October festivities (along with a plenty of beer for those of age). 

These delicate, white sausages are made from a mild combination of veal and pork and are seasoned with chives. 

They won a bronze medal in the 2016 DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham hosted in Madison, WI, similar to the one held in Frankfurt. 

They should be BOILED. Best served with a cold beer on the side (for individuals 21 and up). 

Each pack contains 4 links and weighs approximately 1 Lb.

Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. They are cooked, so just heating them will suffice.
