P125 Cœur de Guanaja is a chocolate whose recipe and manufacturing process are the result of a unique and innovative technology. The process used is based on a technique of concentration of aromas which makes it possible to offer supple textures and chocolate strength, to lovers of "chocolate intensity". The exceptionally low percentage of cocoa butter, allows new and tastier applications. P125 Cœur de Guanaja makes it possible to obtain chocolate recipes with strong aromatic potential, strong chocolate ice creams with a more supple texture and ganaches with unequaled chocolate intensity. Its concentration gives preparations an even more mahogany chocolate color.
