While Auzerais has held titles at some of the finest kitchens around the globe- including Sous Chef at Bouchon Bakery - the most fulfilling has been that of Founder and CEO of Blondery.
Blondery is a one-of-a-kind cloud bakery that presents seasonal blondie collections throughout the year to our nearly 10K (and counting) waitlist members. Blondery has been featured in publications such as the New York Times, Cosmopolitan, and Eater and has been trusted to deliver exceptional product quality by brands like Netflix, Spotify, and Viacom.
