Distilled and bottled in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico, this full-bodied 12-year-old extra aged Rum similar to a Fine Cognac is the creation of Master Blender, Isaac Jarava originally from Spain. Don Chaco, as he was known by many, left this world at 101 years old, but not before leaving his most precious gift, his unique creation, Jav's Rum.

Expect a full-bodied flavor with wood chocolate and caramel notes and a silky smooth finish of honey, toasted oak, butterscotch, and brown sugar.
