We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return policy for most items, starting from the date of shipping.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Specialty Food Source, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.
Important Reminder:
Please check the outside of the package before opening. If there is visible damage to the shipping box or packaging, document it immediately, as opening the package may impact the eligibility for a refund or return.
Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of perishable items, we cannot accept returns on these products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Specialty Food Source is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we may reship it at the customer's expense.
How to Start a Return:
To start a return, please fill out the information here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that accidents can happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged item, please take the following pictures:
- The damaged item(s).
- The item(s) inside the box.
- The shipping box (clearly showing any damage to the box).
Email these pictures to justin@jnkidds.com along with your order number and a description of the issue.
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, you can return the original item here . We’ll guide you through the process and help ensure you receive the item you need.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at specialtyfoodsource@jnkidds.com
