Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Specialty Food Source! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at justin@jnkidds.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that accidents can happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. This will ensure that you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Orders are generally ship in 1-2 business days after your order is processed and normally takes an additional 1- 5 business days to arrive based on location and shipping method. Based on product availability and outside factors may delay

OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT COME SHIPPED IN INSULATED SHIPPING CONTAINERS. ORDERS CANNOT BE GAURANTEED AGAINS MELTING IN TRANSIT.
INSULATED SHIPPING WITH DRY ICE or ICE PACKS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. PRODUCT CANNOT BE GAURANTEED REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING VESSEL.

Orders may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances including acts of nature or high order volume.

Some orders may be delayed without notice to the buyer, but we do our best to communicate any and all challenges faced.

Damaged, defective, and orders with the wrong merchandise must be reported with supporting evidence including but not limited to pictures and the damaged item for return to the seller within 15 days of the shipping date from seller for a partial or full refund.
