The Mi-T-M HS-4004-1MAK is a skid-mounted hot water pressure washer rated at 4000 PSI and 4.0 GPM, powered by a 674cc Kohler CH640 OHV engine and an AR belt-drive pump. It produces 386,400 BTU/hr and delivers water at up to 200°F outlet temperature (150°F rise above ambient). At 750 lbs with a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame and 2900-watt generator, it is designed for trailer mounting or truck-bed installation for mobile industrial cleaning operations.

Pressure, Heat, and Engine Output

• Pressure: 4000 PSI at 4.0 GPM — maximum cleaning force for industrial degreasing, fleet washing, heavy equipment cleaning, and construction site cleanup.
• Max outlet temperature: 200°F — 150°F rise above ambient; high-temperature output destroys grease, oil, and biological contamination more effectively than lower-temperature units.
• Heating: 386,400 BTU/hr — high-output burner with ½-inch Schedule 80 coil and stainless-steel wrap for sustained hot water delivery at full flow rate.
• Engine: 674cc Kohler CH640 OHV — electric start with sealed battery included; 10.0-gallon engine fuel tank for extended run time between refuels.
• Pump: AR belt-drive — external bypass system protects from heat buildup; factory-preset unloader with forged brass manifold and stainless-steel inlet strainer.
• Generator: 2900W — onboard power for accessories and electric components at remote job sites without a separate generator.

Installation and Mobility

The HS-4004-1MAK is designed for trailer or truck-bed mounting with its compact 50" × 34" footprint relative to its 750 lb weight. The powder-coated steel frame includes mounting provisions for secure bolting to a trailer deck. The dual cogged belt drive system transfers power smoothly from engine to pump while dampening vibration. Optional accessories that must be ordered with the unit: HX-0142 Steam Combination (250°F outlet), HX-0145 Adjustable Thermostat (86°F–248°F), HX-0146 Hour Meter, HX-0147 Four-Point Lifting, HX-0148 Adjustable Detergent Valve, and HX-0130 Three-way Ball Valve.

Fuel and Safety

The burner runs on No.1 or No.2 diesel or kerosene from the 10-gallon burner tank at 2.76 gph consumption. Bio-fuel is not approved. CARB-compliant models are available for California (consult factory). The HS-4004-1MAK uses a trapping unloader rather than the K7 flow-actuated unloader used on some other HS series models — verify when comparing specifications.
