Ingredients: Nettle leaves, lemon verbena leaves, lemon balm, lemongrass, roasted chicory root, linden flowers, natural flavoring, roasted carob, red rose petals, aloe vera granules, peach juice granules

Instructions

1. Heat fresh water to a boil. The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use fresh or filtered water.
2. Once the water boils, immediately pour it over your tea bag in a cup or teapot. Keep the teapot or cup covered to retain heat.
3. Steep tea for the recommended amount of time, remove the tea bag and stir.
4. Add a splash of lemon, or enjoy as is!
