Introducing the JPM QUAD CHOPPER! 

With our Quad Chopper assembly you'll be ready to slice and chop with a FOUR BLADE SETUP! This JPM Parts exclusive product was designed for the Stephan / Hobart VCM 40.

The Quad Chopper increases your cutting efficiency in the the VCMs by a factor of two. Our kit will also provide:

  • The finest mix possible
  • Reduced processing times
  • Reduced wear and tear with the lower mixing times
  • Smooth, vibration-free operation

Already have a cutter shaft? See our upgrade kits here.

The assembly can be installed in two different configurations to slightly lower and raise the height of the blades. Test each configuration to see which one fits your process. All instructions are included.

Designed to work with all baffle scrapers in the VCM 40. Please note: Always wait until the blades come to a complete stop before opening the lid.

Here's a breakdown of what is included:

1 EA: Cutter Shaft, VCM 40 Version
6 EA: Flat Chopper Rings
1 EA: Wing Nut, Chopper Style
2 EA: Pins, Short
4 EA: Pins, Long
1 EA: M50 Wrench, Quad Style

All components are made with 100% stainless steel.

Our QUAD CHOPPER has been tested in multiple applications including nuts, fruit and hummus.

Important notes:
   
Balancing: All blades used in this assembly should be from the same brand or weigh within a few grams of each other. If you experience vibrations during operations, stop the machine and inspect the balance of the assembly.

Wing Nut: You should only use the wing nut supplied with this kit. Using any other existing nut will collide with the bowl seal and cause damage.
