The Mi-T-M JP-3004-1ME3 is a three-phase industrial electric pressure washer producing 3000 PSI and 3.9 GPM. The totally enclosed fan-cooled 8 HP motor is available in 230V 3Ø at 20.0A or 460V 3Ø at 10.0A, connecting via a NEMA L15-30P plug. Three-phase power means smoother motor operation, lower amperage draw, and longer motor life compared to equivalent single-phase units — a practical choice when three-phase service is already available on the floor.

At 225 lbs on a 44-inch frame with 13-inch flat-free tires, it moves across concrete without requiring a lift or pallet jack, and the 35-ft cord reaches the nearest three-phase outlet without an extension.

Cleaning Output and What Ships

3000 PSI × 3.9 GPM equals 11,700 cleaning units — well above the threshold for concrete cleaning and equipment wash-downs. The JP-3004-1ME3 ships with a 50-ft × 3/8-inch non-marking hose, 36-inch insulated trigger gun with lance, and quick-connect nozzles in 0°, 15°, 25°, and detergent configurations. The 0° nozzle gives operators a pinpoint cutting stream for stubborn deposits. The 460V option (10.0A draw) is particularly useful where 230V three-phase service is unavailable but 460V is standard on the floor.
