Who the BR 16/3 Is For
Textured and porous floors are where the cylindrical head pulls ahead of a disc. Quarry tile with deep grout, paver brick, rubber flooring, and non-slip kitchen ceramic all hold soil that a flat pad skims over; the brushes reach into that texture and grout channel. How the Brush Deck and Tanks Work
The 1.5 HP motor spins two cylindrical brushes at 660 RPM, agitating debris up into the roll while the 0.67 HP vacuum lifts water through the rear squeegee. Forward and reverse scrubbing lets the operator clean both directions in a corridor without turning the machine. Swapping in stripping brushes turns the same unit into a finish stripper with no other hardware change.
Two removable 3-gallon tanks lift out on their own for filling and emptying at any sink or floor drain, so there is no trip back to a utility closet between fills.
