These sausages won a gold medal in the 2016 DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham hosted in Madison, WI, similar to the one held in Frankfurt.
They can be sizzled on the grill or in an iron skillet. Best served with a side of sauerkraut and mustard.

Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. They are cooked, so just heating them will suffice.
