Red Chili Mango Jam

Pepper Jam/Jelly Lovers Rejoice!!! Our latest addition to our hot pepper jam category, Red Chili Mango Jam, is here to rave reviews!! While working on a mango jam to add to our tropical/exotic flavor collection, we kept feeling like it was missing something. Enter red pepper flakes...and just like that, we have a winner, folks!!

We rate this as a medium heat where it's right in between a little zing on your lips and a full out hurry up ice cream. Wonderful to spice up any meat as a glaze with a tropical twist.

The recipe uses only chunky mango puree, pure cane sugar, a bit of citrus pectin to aid in the gelling, a handful of red pepper flakes and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
