This Sugar-Free White Chocolate - Premium Baking Chocolate has all the same characteristics as traditional white chocolate recipes, but also features a creamy texture and caramel nuances. Its smooth sweetness derives from the maltitol sugar substitute, supplemented with natural Bourbon vanilla.
The taste, feel and texture, including snap, gloss, mouthfeel and color is very close to that of the traditional Callebaut W2 chocolate.

Its technical properties and behavior, as well as melting, tempering, cooling, molding, and other processes, are identical to conventional chocolate.
Finished products produced with this chocolate may be advertised as “no added sugar” ones if the final recipe is completely free of added sugars, such as pralines, chocolate bars, or tablets with a filling that does not contain added sugar or that have sucrose replaced with a sweetener.
