Cherry Tomato - Grape Riesenstraube - Lycopersicon esculentum

Tender annual Semi-determinate. Heirloom. The vine produces long clusters of 12 to 16 bright red baby grape tomatoes, weighing about an ounce each. They are very sweet which has made them a favorite of people everywhere.

Did You Know? Riesenstraube means "cluster of grapes" in German and is often used for making tomato wine.

Soil & Water: Tomatoes love fertile soil rich in organic matter. Add plenty of compost prior to planting. Soil pH is preferred between 5.5-7.0. Mulch to preserve moisture. Avoid wetting the foliage when watering.

Planting & Growing: Sow indoors 5 - 7 weeks before last frost. Direct sow in a sunny site when danger of frost has passed.
