This replacement fitting for all Yama Cold Brew Towers: 6-8 Cup Cold Brew Towers and 25-Cup Cold Brew Towers. This valve allows for a precise drip rate adjustment to dial in the strength of your tea, pour over, or cold brew coffee.

PRO TIP: The Silverton Brewer fitting can also be used in place here, available in brown and silver. The Silverton Fitting has a rubber cover on the knob and otherwise the same part.
