Palouse Brand's small brown lentils in the Pardina Lentil variety are packaged in these 25 pound emergency, long-term storage buckets. These 3.5 gallon buckets offer a compact design for optimal storage and have a special rubber gasket lid that will reseal and continue to provide an air-tight environment for these lentils. We grow our Brown Lentils on our 125 year old farm, harvest them, triple clean and package them to be sent directly to our customers. Palouse Brand only offers the most current year's crop continuing to ensure the freshness of the product you receive.

Our Brown Lentils may be small but they are packed with rich nutrients and proteins. Their high protein count makes them an amazing alternate protein source for vegetarian and vegan recipes. Brown lentils are so versatile that in addition to being that alternate protein source, they are also great to use as an ingredient in baked goods.
