Moi Moi is a classic Nigerian dish made with peeled ground beans, onions, pepper, and seasoning, and steamed into a delicious savory pudding that complements any meal.

Oven-baked Moi Moi

Ingredients

1 package Albasa Moi Moi mix
¼ cup oil
4 cups water

Instruction

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let it sit for two hours.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
3. Grease and place two cupcake pans in a sheet pan
4. Fill cupcake pans ¾ full with batter. Cover loosely with tin foil
5. Add about 2 cups of hot water to each sheet pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
