Rich Organic Cane Sugar Simple Syrup

This exquisite simple syrup is a simple, yet elegant, blend of organic cane sugar and purified water. The trick to a smooth and delicious simple syrup is in the heating process. Not hot enough and the granules remain in the blend, too hot and you can burn the sugars producing a caramel flavor instead of a smooth sweetness. This syrup adds a balanced, rounded sweetness to any or all drinks that need some sweetness. Use in cold or hot beverages alike as well as in numerous cooking and baking applications from dressings to glazes.

This 12 oz bottle is extra concentrated so the serving suggestion is half that of our standard syrups, which creates 24 servings per bottle.

Use to flavor beverages as you would with a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with rum, bourbon, mezcal, or tequila.

For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
