Ingredients: Organic Guduchi (Giloy), Organic Tulsi (Holy Basil), Organic Ginger.
Guduchi is a popular Ayurvedic herb for supporting immune function*. It is also called Giloy in India. In Sanskrit, it is knows as Amrita (अमृता), which translates to nectar. It is a bitter tasting herb, and it gets this taste from diverse phytochemicals that it naturally contains.

How to use: Boil 8 ounces of water and add 1 teaspoon of tea. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Strain before serving.
Suggestions: Add 1/4 tsp turmeric and/or 1/8 tsp black pepper while brewing. Strain and cool, then add honey (or other sweetener) and/or 1/4 tsp Amla Powder.
If you are not used to drinking bitter tasting tea, you may:
- dilute it (by adding more water or a beverage of your choice)
- add a sweetener of your choice
