  • The “Violina” pumpkin (Butternut Squash) has a musical name because of the instrument that its shape recalls. As a matter of fact, its soft and sinuous shape makes us think of a violin, but not only that: it has always been a symbol of autumn, a romantic season full of poetry. Its scent is released as it is cut and recalls the image of golden avenues covered with fallen leaves, the thin rain that marks the windowpanes, a slow and gentle season.
