FDA and State of Massachusetts inspected.
Our Brockton warehouse is an FDA-registered facility inspected by the FDA and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and we follow standard food safety protocols for receiving, storage and repacking. We do not hold third-party certifications such as SQF, BRC or a facility-level kosher, halal or organic certification at this time. Product certificates (kosher, halal, organic, non-GMO) are the manufacturer's and we pass them along on request.
Product documentation for chefs, bakeries and food manufacturers
This page is where buyers request product documentation from Specialty Food Source, the Shopify storefront for the JN Kidds Distributors warehouse in Brockton, MA. Food manufacturers, bakeries, restaurants, schools and co-packers often need a spec sheet before a first order, a Certificate of Analysis tied to a lot code for their own traceability records, a Kosher or Halal certificate for a certified kitchen, or an allergen statement and nutrition facts for menu labeling. We provide these for warehouse items such as flour, couverture chocolate, oils, fillings and spices. Every warehouse item's product page also has an "Ask about this item" button for a single-item request.
For pricing and terms on case quantities, see Business Accounts or apply through the Wholesale Partnership Program. Order, payment and credit questions are answered on the FAQ page, and lot-code questions on a product already received can go to the same support address.
