Bowl Seal: This is a brand new replacement bowl seal for your VCM 40/25 and 44 machines. Our bowl seal comes with a proprietary pre-seal for long term durability. Our bowl seal is made from the strongest food grade plastic and the o-ring is included.

Shaft Sleeve: We highly recommend the replacement of the shaft sleeve if grooving or pitting is evident. With a worn shaft sleeve, the bowl seal may not seal correctly and the life of the seal will be considerably shorter. Made from solid stainless steel material.

Food Grade Lube: It is required that each bowl seal be installed with our food grade lubricant. Our high-performance, non-hardened, USDA approved lubricant will increase the life of the seal considerably. This lubricant should be applied liberally on the shaft sleeve, inside of the bowl seal and on the o-ring. Each tube of lubricant is good for 10+ bowl seal replacements.

Upper and Lower Bearings: If your machine is growling or sounding louder than usual, chances are the bearings need replacement. Both bearings are high performance, sealed bearings.
