Most of what's sold online for professional kitchens is drop-shipped from somewhere else. This collection is the opposite: every item is sitting in our Brockton warehouse right now. When you order, we pick it, pack it, and load it onto our own truck for your route day.
That means 50 lb bags of flour, 12 kg boxes of couverture and cases of oil without freight quotes or damaged parcels — and a driver who knows your back door.
