Deliciously bright, bold, tangy, & sweet! This organic Madras Curry sauce is the world's first Indian simmer sauce made with grassfed organic ghee. Use it to add flavor to anything—a spoonful at a time. Make mouthwatering meals in minutes! Just heat and serve.

This simmer sauce is pure convenience married to wholesome, non-GMO, all-organic ingredients. Made with grassfed ghee, authentic spices and sweetened with a hint of jaggery (evaporated cane juice from India), our Madras Curry sauce turns dinner time into a breeze. 

Use it as a marinade for grilling chicken or other meats or as an Indian simmer sauce by adding a few spoonfuls to coconut milk or yogurt. It even makes a delicious dipping sauce for naan or crackers. So easy!

And, yes, it's even gluten-free.

Refrigerate After Opening. Can be stored for 5-7 days in the refrigerator after opening. For extended shelf life after opening, you may freeze it.
