Stock your freezer with 1/8th  Bison. ~40-50 lbs. of meat cut, packaged, and vacuum sealed for long-lasting freshness. At Miller Bison we take care in providing the highest quality Grass Fed Bison product possible. With close care, premium stock, and knowledge of the Bison we raise, we can continuously provide the same premium product over and over again. Raised right here locally in Eureka Nevada. 

Freezer Space Required 2 Cubic Foot. 

Total weight will equal 45-50 lb. 

Approximately  $4.87-$6.09 per meal per person. 

  • 16% Premium Steaks (an assortment of Rib-eye, New York, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, Skirt Steak, Bavette Steak etc.)
