12 oz Plastic Classic Honey Jar
The 12 oz classic is the 3/4 lb jar — a size that works well for gift sets, variety packs, and customers who go through honey regularly but aren't ready to commit to a full pound. It's also a natural companion size to the 16 oz on a farmers market table. Same classic silhouette as our glass jars, squeezable BPA-free PET plastic, shatter-resistant.
Lids are sold separately. The jar uses a 38-400 continuous thread opening — both 38mm flip-top caps and 38mm dripless inverted lids fit this jar. Lids with a pressure-sensitive safety seal press onto the bottle automatically when screwed down.
Key Features
- BPA-free, food-safe PET plastic — squeezable, shatter-resistant, and recyclable

- Tapered edges and oval shape — the classic honey jar profile
- 38-400 continuous thread — fits a wide range of 38mm lids
- Pressure-sensitive safety seal activates automatically when lid is screwed on
- Available by the single, box of 24, case of 420, or pallet of 5,040
A Note on Sizing
This jar holds approximately 12 oz by weight (340 grams) — about 1 cup of honey. The actual liquid volume is closer to 8 fluid ounces. Honey jars are sized by weight, not volume — the label says 12 oz because that's how much honey fits, not how much water would.
