Eda Rhyne Distilling Co. Amaro Flora is a handcrafted liqueur from Asheville, North Carolina, inspired by traditional Italian amari. This amaro is a complex blend of locally sourced botanicals, including gentian root, rhubarb, and other Appalachian herbs, which lend it a unique floral bitterness. The taste is a harmonious mix of earthy, herbal, and citrus notes with a slight sweetness that balances the bitterness.

Amaro Flora has an alcohol content of 36% and is traditionally enjoyed as a digestif, either neat or on the rocks. Its versatile flavor also makes it an excellent addition to cocktails, adding depth and complexity to a wide range of drinks.

Eda Rhyne's Amaro Flora is a distinctly refreshing herbal liqueur that captures the essence of the mountains through its earthy roots and bark bitterness, balanced with the invigorating fragrance of wild flowers. It's a truly unique experience, perfect for sipping over ice or adding a creative twist to your cocktail creations..

Unlike any amaro with a sweet palate and an impressive diversity of flavors. Notes of overripe peaches, elderberry, and cinnamon stick give way to bitter roots, anise, and sawdust on a gently drying finish.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A fragrant blend of earthy herbs, wild flowers, and a touch of citrus

Palate: A harmonious mix of overripe peaches, elderberry, and cinnamon, balanced with floral bitterness from gentian root and rhubarb

Finish: Gently drying with lingering notes of bitter roots, anise, and sawdust
