The Standard™ Steak Knives are a staple in every kitchen and are perfect for any cut of meat.  Made from N690 high quality multi-layer stainless damascus steel with a VG-10 corrosion resistant core, this steak knives are the best quality and price point!  Our knives are corrosion resistant and hand crafted to a 50/50 symmetrical grain to enable a razor-sharp, long-lasting 15° edge... the sharpest and most durable by design.

After the steak knife blades are finished by our craftsmen, each blade is paired with a hand-curated abalone color resin making each knife slightly unique in design. Always hand wash and hand dry these knives.
