Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years - called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod", meaning "bread cheese". Each piece is baked to create a sweet caramelized, toasted crust similar to brown bread.
