100% Organically farmed Malbec

Grapes from 2 vineyards - 50% Perdriel (rocky soils, clay and caliche) and Gualtallary (sand limestones soils) hand harvested, destemmed and go into concrete vats with spontaneous fermentation. Aging continues in used French oak barrels until the following vintage. Bottled unfiltered, fined with egg white and low to no SO2 at bottling.
