Built with a sturdy stainless steel exterior and powder-coated aluminum interior, it includes nine 4" deep plastic pans with divider bars to organize dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables. The 17.75" deep polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace. Beneath the countertop, 22 cubic feet (623 L) of refrigerated storage with two adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves accommodates additional ingredients and full-size sheet pans. Designed for energy efficiency, it features urethane foam insulation, a solid-state digital control system, LED temperature display, and an integrated condensate evaporator that eliminates the need for a drain line. Mobility is supported by four 3" swivel casters, two with brakes. The eco-friendly R290A refrigerant maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (1°C to 5°C).
