Mi-T-M CA-3003-1MAH Aluminum Pressure Washer – 3000 PSI, 3.0 GPM, Honda GX270
CA-3003-1MAH Gas Pressure Washer — CA Aluminum Series 3000 PSI with Honda GX270
The CA-3003-1MAH produces 3000 PSI at 3.0 GPM — 9,000 cleaning units — from a 270cc Honda GX270 OHV engine paired with an AR crankshaft pump on Mi-T-M's aluminum frame. At 105 lbs it weighs roughly 35–40 lbs less than comparable steel-frame units at the same output. The step from the CA-2703 (6,480 CU) to the CA-3003 (9,000 CU) represents a 39% increase in cleaning power — the difference between washing lightly fouled equipment surfaces and clearing heavily caked mud, grease, and road film from the same surfaces in the same time. ETL listed for US commercial use.
CA-3003-1MAH Output Jump and AR Pump Upgrade
The CA-3003 series moves from the Mi-T-M crankshaft pump used on the CA-2703 to an AR crankshaft pump. AR pumps carry higher pressure ratings and are commonly specified for sustained commercial use at 3000 PSI and above. The Honda GX270 provides the 270cc displacement required to drive the AR pump at rated 3.0 GPM flow. Three engine variants exist on the CA-3003 chassis: Honda GX270 (1MAH), Kohler CH395 (1MAK), and Mi-T-M OHV (1MAM).
- 3000 PSI at 3.0 GPM (9,000 CU) — 39% more cleaning power than the CA-2703; removes heavy equipment fouling, road film, and concrete residue in fewer passes
- 270cc Honda GX270 OHV engine — Honda's commercial displacement for sustained 3000 PSI output; global service network
- AR crankshaft pump, forged brass manifold, thermal relief valve — AR pump rated for sustained commercial-duty pressure; brass handles mineral-rich water
- 105-lb aluminum frame, patented vibration isolation plate — 35–40 lbs lighter than steel-frame equivalents; aluminum resists corrosion in outdoor storage
- ETL listed, 10-in flat-free tires — ETL certification accepted for commercial procurement; flat-free tires never require inflation
- 50-ft × 3/8-in hose, 36-in lance — 50-ft reach handles most vehicle and building cleaning positions without repositioning the machine
CA-3003-1MAH Applications and Environments
Construction contractors use the CA-3003-1MAH to clean concrete forms, equipment tracks, and building envelopes where the CA-2703's 6,480 CU leaves residue behind. Fleet operators washing tanker trucks, flatbeds, and agricultural equipment choose the 9,000 CU output for single-pass effectiveness on heavy contamination. Property restoration contractors apply it to masonry and brick cleaning before sealing. Industrial facilities use it for equipment washdown between production cycles involving oils, cutting fluids, and process residues. Municipalities apply it to bus and vehicle fleet washing where thoroughness per shift matters more than equipment weight.
