Mi-T-M CA-4004-1MAH Aluminum Pressure Washer – 4000 PSI, 3.5 GPM, Honda GX390
CA-4004-1MAH Gas Pressure Washer — CA Aluminum Series 4000 PSI with Honda GX390
The CA-4004-1MAH produces 4000 PSI at 3.5 GPM — 14,000 cleaning units — from a 389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine paired with an AR crankshaft pump on Mi-T-M's 125-lb aluminum frame. The CA-4004 is the highest-output standard configuration in the CA Aluminum Series, matching the JP-4004-3MHB's cleaning output but on a lighter aluminum chassis. At 14,000 CU it handles applications that the CA-3504 (12,250 CU) cannot complete in the same time: stripping loose coatings, removing dense industrial fouling, and high-throughput fleet washing. ETL listed for US commercial use.
CA-4004-1MAH Maximum Output and Weight Comparison
The CA-4004 frame is offered in four engine variants — Honda GX390 (1MAH), Kohler CH440 (1MAK), Mi-T-M OHV (1MAM), and Vanguard (1MAV) — all producing 4000 PSI / 3.5 GPM from the same 125-lb aluminum frame. A separate high-flow series (1MCH, 1MCM) offers 4.0 GPM from the same frame with a CAT pump. Compared to the JP-4004-3MHB steel-frame unit at the same 14,000 CU output, the CA-4004-1MAH weighs approximately 17 lbs less.
- 4000 PSI at 3.5 GPM (14,000 CU) — highest standard cleaning output in the CA Aluminum Series; handles coating stripping and dense industrial fouling
- 389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine — Honda commercial engine for sustained 4000 PSI operation; global service network
- AR crankshaft pump, forged brass manifold, thermal relief valve — AR rated for sustained high-pressure commercial use; brass handles mineral deposits; thermal valve protects pump seals
- 125-lb corrosion-resistant aluminum frame, 13-in flat-free tires — lighter than steel-frame equivalents at the same CU output; rust-resistant for outdoor storage
- ETL listed, vibration isolation plate — ETL certification accepted for commercial procurement; vibration dampening extends pump seal life
- 50-ft × 3/8-in hose, 48-in lance, CX-0098 External Bypass available — complete cleaning kit; bypass must be ordered with unit
CA-4004-1MAH Applications and Environments
Industrial cleaning contractors use the CA-4004-1MAH at 14,000 CU for applications where 12,250 CU units require additional passes — removing thick oil residue, cleaning heavily fouled industrial equipment, and washing concrete surfaces with embedded contaminants. Paint preparation contractors use the 4000 PSI to strip loose and failing coatings from masonry and concrete before resurfacing. Municipal and transit fleet operations use it for high-throughput vehicle washing where output per shift is constrained by equipment capacity. Construction firms apply it to heavy equipment cleaning and concrete form stripping. The aluminum frame's portability keeps it viable for solo mobile operations despite the high output level.
CA-4004-1MAH GPM, PSI, and Nozzle Configuration
