Detailed Description

The Nylon Bottling Valve is designed to make bottling honey simple and controlled. Installed on the side of a bucket, it allows honey to flow smoothly into jars with minimal mess.

To install, a hole is cut into a plastic bucket, and the valve is secured using the included nut and gasket. For best results, a 44mm (1.74-inch) hole is recommended. It’s better for the hole to be slightly too small than too large, as the valve can be twisted into place for a tighter fit.

The valve uses a scissor-style opening mechanism, giving the beekeeper precise control over how much honey is released. The adjustable screw helps ensure a proper seal, reducing drips and improving accuracy when filling containers.
