Once a delicacy for the Royal Sultans of the Ottoman Empire, Turkish Delight, or Lokoum, is a world-renowned confection. The aromatic flavors of this timeless treat have been celebrated as one of the first confections known to man, tangled in a whimsical history of mythical origins. Our Turkish Delight is made without preservatives or additives, true to the original recipe.

Hand-crafted in Istanbul in traditional copper pots, each small Turkish Delight batch starts by boiling and hand-mixing the ingredients into a sweet syrup. The syrup cooks for 3 hours until it is smooth and develops its legendary consistency. Unique varieties are made by then adding flavors and delectable nuts and fruits. The mixture is then poured into large wooden trays to set as it cools before it is cut into squares and dusted with icing sugar. The same way it's been done for over 5 centuries, yielding the authentic soft chewy texture and exquisite taste. Naturally gluten-free and vegan, a delicious confection savored by all.
