Clear Creek Red Lentils are now available in our 25 pound, emergency, long-term storage buckets. These buckets are 3.5 gallons and are an optimal size for easy storage in any pantry or kitchen. Each bucket is equipped with a rubber gasketed lid that will create an air-tight seal inside the bucket and continue to keep these lentils fresh long after opening the bucket. Our Clear Creek Red Lentils are sourced from an Idaho farm in order to provide our customers with nutrient rich products grown in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Red Lentils are so incredibly easy to cook with and only take about 15 minutes without any prior soaking. They are a bright red-orange color, have a mellow, sweet flavor and puree into a creamy blend that is great to add to soups.

Palouse Brand's facilities are audited annually by multiple agencies to ensure we are providing high quality food safe products. Through these food safety regulations, we provide a Best By date of 3 years, however, if stored correctly in containers like these air-tight, long-term storage buckets, these lentils can last decades.
