Our small Texas pecan cakes pack a big flavor punch, perfect for one or two people to enjoy. These personal-sized delights feature a crisp, jagged edge for a savory crunch and a soft center for a delightful balance of flavors. Ideal for special occasions.  Select from a variety of toppings to customize your treat. Each cake serves 1-2 people and weighs between 3.1-3.4oz, depending on the topping selected.  All cakes contain eggs, tree nuts, soy and wheat. Toffee and Chocolate topping contains milk.
