The XD nonstick coating, enhanced with 20% more diamond reinforcement, improves durability, heat stability, and long-term performance. Built for consistent cooking results, the 100% recycled cast aluminum body resists warping and promotes even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface.

The generous wok design creates ample room for tossing, searing, steaming, and high-heat cooking while encouraging fast, even results. The diamond-reinforced surface promotes effortless food release and easy cleanup, making everyday cooking more efficient.

A heat-tempered glass lid with an adjustable steam vent provides precise moisture control, helping retain flavor and texture throughout cooking. For added versatility, the 11.8" and 14" models include a tempura rack for steaming and frying applications. (11" size does not include tempura rack.)
