Turn a quart or pint-and-a-half Mason jar into your favorite bubble-tea cup. These are the widest of our stainless steel straw styles, designed for thicker drinks.

  • Size and jar fit: Each Long straw is 9 inches long with a 12mm outside diameter. Use them with 1 quart (32oz / 4 cups) or 1½ pints (24oz / 3 cups) Mason jars. For other cups and travel mugs, check the length and straw opening before ordering.
  • A lid that fits: Pair them with our Bamboo Straw Hole Lids, choosing Regular Mouth or Wide Mouth to match your jar's opening.
  • Check other lids: These 12mm straws do not fit our Stainless Steel Straw Hole Lids, whose metal openings are 10mm, or our Silicone Straw Hole Lids, whose openings are 10.5mm.
  • Material: Made from 304 stainless steel for a strong, reusable straw. The black MJL logo is laser-annealed directly into the steel, with no printed ink or chemical coating.
  • Cleaning: Wash with hot, soapy water and use the included brush to scrub inside each straw, working from both ends as needed. Rinse thoroughly. A brush helps remove residue that a dishwasher can leave behind.
  • Other care: The straws are dishwasher safe and can also be boiled for cleaning. Do not microwave metal straws.
  • Need just one? Choose a Long stainless steel Boba straw on our Individual Straws listing. Cleaners and bags are sold separately with individual straws.

My personal cleaning routine is to rinse after use, put the straws in the dishwasher, then run a straw cleaner through them and rinse again before putting them away.
