Who it is for. Sushi bars, poke counters, caterers and home cooks rolling maki, temaki and onigiri. Sold as a 50-sheet pack of toasted sheets.
How to use it. Lay a sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat, spread seasoned rice, add fillings and roll. Cut sheets into quarters for hand rolls, or into thin strips (kizami nori) to top ramen, donburi, soba and salads. Crumble toasted nori into furikake, or pass a sheet briefly over a flame to re-crisp it before serving.
Storage. Nori absorbs moisture quickly. Reseal the pack tightly, keep it in a cool, dry place, and re-toast sheets that have gone limp.
