Oaky, sweet, and complex. The flavors of barrel-aged bourbon, rich maple, and premium dark balsamic vinegar combine beautifully in this vinegar. This balsamic works incredibly well when reduced and used as a glaze for ham, chicken, salmon, and pork, but we also love it drizzled over French toast or swirled into baked beans.
