Ingredients

1 Madagascar Vanilla Bean
2 oz Seabuckthorn Puree
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Agave
Grapefruit Slice (for garnish)
1 Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)
2 oz Bourbon

Directions

In a shaker, combine the Seabuckthorn Puree, Grapefruit Juice, Agave, and Bourbon.
Using a knife, split the Madagascar Vanilla Bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
Add the vanilla bean seeds to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Fill a glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with a Grapefruit Slice and a sprig of Rosemary.
