Oreo Basecake Crumbs are the finely ground chocolate cookie crumbs bakeries use for cheesecake bases, pie and tart shells, and cookies-and-cream mix-ins. We stock them in a 5 lb pack (SKU COOK001B) for small shops and a 35 lb foodservice case (SKU COOK001) for production bakeries, ice cream makers and caterers. The crumbs are kosher.

For a pressed crust, combine the crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan before filling. Fold them into cheesecake batter, ice cream and mousse for cookies-and-cream flavor, layer them in parfaits and trifles, or sift them over cupcakes and entremets as a dark, even finishing crumb. Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
