Most of what's sold online for professional kitchens is drop-shipped from somewhere else. This collection is the opposite: every item is sitting in our Brockton warehouse right now. When you order, we pick it, pack it, and load it onto our own truck for your route day.

Our own trucks run five days a week from Brockton, MA to Boston and its metro neighborhoods, the South Shore and Cape Cod, Southern Massachusetts east of Brockton, Western Massachusetts on scheduled Wednesday runs, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire and Maine from Nashua and Manchester to the Seacoast and Portland. Delivery is free on orders of $250 or more to a Massachusetts address and $500 or more to Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Maine. The minimum applies per order, including Subscribe and Save deliveries.
Each zone has set route days: Boston and Metro Monday through Friday, South Shore and Cape Cod Tuesday and Friday, Southern Mass east of Brockton Monday and Thursday, Western Mass Wednesday, Rhode Island Monday and Thursday, and New Hampshire and Maine Thursday.
