Marshmallow Fluff is a spreadable marshmallow creme sold here in a 4.5 lb foodservice tub or a case of six tubs. It is the sandwich-shop, bakery and ice-cream-shop size for Fluffernutter sandwiches, whoopie pie filling, fudge, frostings and dessert toppings.

Fold it into buttercream for a lighter, marshmallow-flavored frosting, swirl it into brownie batter before baking, layer it with peanut butter for the classic New England Fluffernutter, or warm it slightly to use as a s'mores or sundae topping. Store at room temperature and keep the lid sealed between uses.
