This is a brand new, complete knife cutter assembly for the Stephan VCM 44. Every component in this assembly is 100% stainless steel.'

Our cutting assembly comes with the option to select your preferred edge type. The narrow blades are the most popular for efficient and effective cutting, making them suitable for a variety of mixing applications.

Our wide blade options are perfect for the tougher mixing operations. Commonly used when processing frozen products.

The serrated blades make it easy to slice through a variety of materials, from soft to tough, without squishing or tearing. Ideal for chopping, pureeing, and cutting tough surfaces, like the skin of a tomato. Also commonly used with processing chic-peas (hummus) and peanuts (peanut butter).

This assembly includes the following components:

  • Knife cutter shaft [P/N: 2242]
  • Pressure ring [P/N: 7020]
  • Slant ring set [P/N: 0189]
  • Slant ring pins [P/N: 7189]
  • Two cutter blades (Select Edge Type Above)
  • Wing nut [P/N: 2243]
